Order Processing and Shipping
Please use the following timetable to compute the average length of time from order placement and receipt:
Processing: Please allow 3-6 business days for all orders.
Shipping
We ship all merchandise via the US Postal Service.
We will contact you via email on the day that your order is shipped. Please expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days thereafter. If you need to have your order expedited, we may be able to do so for an additional fee, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will do what we can to make it happen.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If items are returned to us, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee in order for your items to be shipped out to your correct address. New product will NOT be shipped until we receive the package that could not be delivered.
We are not liable for packages that are lost in transit or not delivered. However, we will work with you to help locate the package in any way we can.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final.
Damaged or defective items
In the case of items damaged during shipment, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item in order to receive a replacement. Please email us at hello@simonejonestyner with the following information:
-Detailed explanation of defect/damaged area
-Picture of defect/damaged area
-Order number
We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can and will send it to you at no charge. Please note, product replacements can take up to 4 weeks to fully process on some orders
