I love a good cocktail! I’m not a fan of the hard stuff, so I prefer drinks on the sweeter side. This pomegranate holiday cocktail checks all the boxes. A little sweet, festive, and finished with just the right amount of fizz. Easy to make and the perfect cocktail for your holiday party!

Before you begin, know that there are a few ways to remix this cocktail…
- Double the vodka and skip the prosecco if you want something stronger
- Or you can drop the vodka and just make it a prosecco cocktail
- Skip the alcohol altogether and replace it with club soda to create a holiday mocktail
Pomegranate Holiday Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Pomegranate juice
- 1 ounce Vodka
- 1 ounce Simple syrup
- 4-6 ounces Prosecco
- 1 teaspoon Pomegranate arils
- 1 Sprig of rosemary for garnish
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Fill glass with crushed ice.
- Add vodka, simple syrup and pomegranate juice and stir.
- Top off the glass with prosecco.
- Finish with pomegranate arils and rosemary for garnish.
