There’s just something about summer that makes me feel so adventurous. My mood is so much more relaxed. It’s like the warm weather flips a switch in my brain and suddenly I want to shake up my routine, try new things, and take more risks. And since school is out, our home schedule is less hectic leaving me with more time to focus on myself. So I’ve decided to claim this season as self-care summer. Wanna join me? Whether you have a few minutes or a whole day to pamper yourself, here are 28 things to do to have an amazing self-care summer.

At some point, it happens to all of us. The creative side of our brain goes on vacation. If you’ve hit a wall and need some inspiration, here are 6 things you can do to get your creative juices flowing again…

Go Solo
While it’s nice to enjoy the company of family and friends, spending some quality time alone is important to your well-being. A little solitude gives you an opportunity to reflect and recharge. And the best part of rolling solo is that you get to move at your own pace and in your own way. Here are some fun ways to enjoy your own company…
