Let’s commit to leaving all behavior that blocks success behind us including…

1. Overthinking
Practice rephrasing your negative stories like “I can’t” or “I’m not good at” with positive statements, and it will change your life.

2. Doing it all alone
Yes you can do anything but you can’t do everything. Whether you were taught to be independent, strong, or to push through asking for help is not a sign of weakness. So ask for help when you need it!

3. The need to fill every moment with something
Re-evaluate your to-do list and appreciate progress more than completion.

4. Self-sabotage
Self-sabotage can look like procrastination, perfectionism, negative self-talk, or poor health habits. Identify your hiding places and make a plan to address them.

5. Not getting enough rest
Acknowledge how vital rest is to your well-being. When you start to make sleep a priority, you are less likely to stay up late working, cleaning, watching tv, or scrolling social media.

6.Fear of failing
When you feel it step up to the challenge rather than let it paralyze you. This doesn’t mean that you won’t feel scared, it just means that you don’t allow it to stop you from moving forward.
